Hula Flowers by So Real Factory (“Hula Flowers,” “we,” or “us”) operates www.hulaflowers.com. This policy explains how we handle information when you browse our store, contact us, place an order, or interact with our Facebook Page. Information we collect

Orders and checkout: When you order, we receive the name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, items ordered, order totals, payment method and status, and any information you add to an order note. You can check out without creating an account. If you already have an account, we may also hold your account details and order history.
Messages and reviews: If you email us, use a contact form, leave a comment, or submit a product review, we receive the information you provide and the details needed to reply or moderate that content.
Website activity: Our store uses cookies and may record your IP address, browser information, viewed products, and cart activity to keep the site, cart, and checkout working and to help prevent misuse.

How we use information

We use this information to process payments and orders, arrange delivery, send order updates, respond to questions and requests, handle support and order issues, protect the store from fraud and misuse, and meet accounting, tax, and other applicable obligations. Staff who manage the store may access order and customer information when needed for these purposes.

Payments, delivery, and other services

Our active online payment option is PayPal Standard. When you choose it, you are redirected to PayPal to enter payment information. The order total and billing or transaction details needed to complete or support the payment are shared with PayPal. PayPal handles payment information under its own privacy policy. We also share the delivery details needed by shipping providers to fulfill your order. Website hosting and other service providers may process information as needed to operate the store.

Cookies and other websites

Cookies help remember cart contents and support checkout and, where applicable, login or comment preferences. You can manage cookies in your browser, although disabling essential cookies may affect the cart or checkout. Links or embedded content from other websites, including PayPal and Facebook, may be governed by those services’ own privacy policies.

Facebook Page and automatic product posts

Our automatic posting tool uses product information displayed publicly on our website, including product names, codes, images, and links, together with the permissions needed to publish to our Facebook Page. That product content is sent to Meta to create Page posts. The posting workflow is configured to use product page information rather than customer orders or customer contact details. If you interact with our Page on Facebook, Meta also processes that interaction under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep information

We keep order and related records for order fulfillment, customer support, accounting, tax, and applicable legal purposes. The store does not currently have a fixed automatic deletion date for completed orders. Messages, comments, and reviews may remain until they are no longer needed or a valid removal request is handled. We review deletion requests while retaining records that we are required or permitted to keep.

Your choices and requests

You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information, including information associated with our Facebook publishing app. Email HulaFlowersShop@gmail.com with enough information for us to identify your request. We will review it and explain if a record must be retained for a legal, accounting, security, or transaction purpose.
